That is the way that the Saints are designed. The Saints are superior in only one facet of the pro game and that is the Offense Passing Game.
The Saints are mediocre on D and in the Offense Running game.
Saints are one dimensional on Offense and not very good on Defense.

Defense has had the wind taken from their sails. Even when to make good plays the refs give Carolina the first down through some bs penalty.
