I'm giving you two names, our pick will be one of these guys depending upon our slotted position.

A) Emmanuel Ogbah DE Oklahoma St

B) Shaq Lawson DE Clemson

There it is folks.

It will be RB, since we dont need one.

No, he sounds like another complainer. Saints suck. Payton sucks. Benson sucks. Brees sucks. Trade everyone. All draft picks suck. All trades suck. Everything anyone does sucks.

Our fanbase sucks!

If those are our choices, I'd go with Lawson. We have so many needs though, I'm not sure we can truly screw up the pick.

free agency can change the look of everything but Payton keeps dropping pass rush in his comments. We'll get Keenan back paired with Breaux next year, Kikaha and Anthony, we'll wait and see on Ellerbe (very good if on field). I think Smith and jack will be off board. We need an impact DE that can rush and still be solid against run. Both of these guys fit the mold of what we need. Obviously we don't even know if Payton will be back but as of now... lawson or Ogbah, done deal.

I hold my breath every time Keenan Lewis takes the field, dude is awesome but his twig legs look like they could snap at any second.

I don't think you can count on him to stay healthy ever again.

So you don't like Stephone Anthony and you wouldn't take Vic Beasley?

I'd really like Billings, but I'm not sure if he's coming out this year. But then again, I'd be happy with Treadwell too. I think J. Smith goes top 10 and maybe even top 5. If not, I'd love to get him.

I don't know much about billings other than a few profiles i've read. Very complimentary, if so, doubt he lasts till mid teens or so. Also, i did read where he was more NT'ish. I'm sure he can play in a 4-3 though.

Treadwell. Or Lawson, a Shawn Robinson, and I wouldn't mind Robert Nkemdiche or jalen Ramsey

Is your argument against him as our pick is that you think Snead is a WR1.... Or do you not like him?

We have 2 1,000 yard receivers that are very young.
WR is a luxury pick, we have many core needs.
TE is of worse shape than WR
We must get better OL and Defensive unit to help Drew out most.
HOF QB has to be relied upon to make weapons to use our assets to make rest of team better. Drew produces WR's.

Not totally against using a 3 or a 4 for a WR but i think we have too many core needs that need to be addressed to make us better. Another WR doesn't help drew throw for more yards.

I'll own up to having a complete brain fart about Anthony lol. However, Beasley has been borderline awful all season, despite making a couple mays yesterday. I've got two friends who root for Atlanta and are constantly bitching about him on a weekly basis, although they feel he'd be more comfortable in a 3-4 as opposed to 4-3.

It's amazing how many people can't understand that adding a #1 WR to this team would only provide, at best, minimal improvement. As long as Brees is the QB, the passing offense is championship level. The Saints could take a group of 4 UDFA at WR and still be among the league leaders in passing. This team isn't going anywhere until they can get guys in the front 7 who can pressure the QB and get the opponent's offense off the field.

its okay if you want to go on record in stating that he's not that good. maybe an averageish type MLB in the league with a lower than expected ceiling...

As long as Brees is the QB.. Exactly why you take treadwell. It would solidify your receiving core and passing offense for the next 4-6 years, plus it does help an aging Brees

2015: 1st
2014: 3rd
2013: 2nd
2012: 1st
2011: 1st
2010: 3rd
2009: 4th

Saints passing offense ranks. We don't need to solidify passing shite. if anything, we need to transition to more balanced team which is the formula we won with.

I believe in building the lines first.
Def line is the weakest and off line most important.
I will admit to really wanting to see Vadal Alexander at guard for the Saints between Unger and either tackle.

Use the 2 second rnd picks for pass rushers in the front seven.

But seeing as CSP dislikes my trade down ideas every year I would go with Ogbah DE of the two choices you listed.
