Derek Carr slammed down on right shoulder. Defender did not land on top of him. Probably AC sprain vs clavicle fracture. If no fracture return possible.

Yeah - that’s usually when you see the fracture. Defender full weight on opposite/top shoulder. That wasn’t the case.
