Wonder if this affects the possibility of Cam returning? From what I understood there was a real serious chance he's would return post draft. Even some of the people who report in this said Cam was talking like he wasn't done in the NFL or New Orleans.

New England changed their defense from a 3-4 into a 4-3, but still kept him around last year because they had zero edge depth at all. He was basically edge 3 for New England, but mostly because the lack of talent and depth in the room. I don't know the scheme in New Orleans but it's hard to find a worse fit than he was schematically in New England last year.
