Tom Brady once said, “sometimes we pass all game, sometimes we run all game, it just depends on what the defense is giving us.”

Saints may have been best served slinging the ball against the Eagles —

To who? We have 2 WRs. That’s a HUGE deficiency, especially with McCoy going down and Carr having people in his face all game. Need a big possession guy that can go over the middle for a quick, tough 8-10 yards. Not sure our TEs are those guys, but even if they were/are, they’re having to help hide Penning most of the game.

I mean, I think Tipton and Wilson both had their 1st catches Sunday. Perry and Means haven’t caught a pass yet. We literally only have 2 WR that the staff/Carr trust to throw the ball to.

We can split AK out wide and leave Taysom in at RB to give different looks. But we can’t give AK 26 carries and expect him to run routes all day too for the next 14 weeks. I know everybody’s down on him, but we’re gonna have to get something out of Miller eventually or AK isn’t gonna make it to Week 10.

Makes you realize how import Taysom is in our offense.

WR is such a huge need on this team. And it’s not even funny.

Saints played vanilla this game because 2 of the next 3 are against divisional opponents. Plus McCoy went down and Taysom didn’t play.

And the Eagles defensive front is likely the best we'll see this season. The Saints should expect the Falcons to use Kaden Elliss in the same role the Eagles used Baun in.Though the Falcons D-line isn't even close to what they faced Sunday. Still, the Saints O-line is down it's best player.

The Saints TE's better show up and step it up this game because IMO Carr will need that check down badly this game.

Eagles played 6 men on the line of scrimmage and 2 deep and dared the Saints to beat them over the middle, and they didn't

McCoy going down really fricked up the play calling. I’m expecting things to look better against ATL.
