One is a 7% win percentage, and the other is 26%. Trying to compare those is wild.
Shough had worse "garbage" to work with and finished 5-4. But now we'll cry about who faced what team, even though Shough faced tough defenses as well, just even shittier offenses.

He's not a good QB but you idiots use the absolute worst stat (a team stat lol) to make your point. Shough played only 1 winning team and lost. He's going to lose again Sunday vs a winning team.
Not to take away from him. The Saints aren't beating the Lions in Detroit. If those 2 safeties were playing they'd beat us by 10 or more. Not that they can't still do it but lucky for us they're both out. It'll make the score look better but we still lose.
Detroit is at home, with a better coach, better QB, better line, better skill players and better Defensive line.
It won't surprise me if we start the game extremely slow and play from behind most of the game. I think Shough will take a quarter to look decent. I just hope we are at least competitive.

I wasn't using any stat to make an argument. I was just pointing out how extraordinary bad you are at math if you think 7% is anywhere close to 26%. Trying to compare those records to make a point is fricking stupid.

This looks like one of those "x teams reached out to the Saints about Carr" responses. Has any of this been leaked by actual sources?
I do recall the Jags rumors, which made sense with how good he looks in practices. But, at the same time can also be one of those reports from people trying to make a name for themselves and throw a bunch of shite on the wall to see what sticks. Do they think Rattler is better than Ewers? And if they do, what value did they give the Saints?

Since you want me to look up which 5 teams were interested, please point to my post where I said he was not valuable.
Had not heard about Miami. When I did a quick search, I saw Indy was mentioned, but they said nothing materialized. Don't know if that means they threw out an offer and it was rejected, or if they were just linked as a possible trade partner.
I'm surprised Zach wasn't slipped on the PS. Still don't get why they are holding a roster spot for 3 QBs
Looked it up, the only articles I could see linking Rattler to Miami was from Saints wire & ESPN (who Saints wire references) throwing out names of teams that would make sense to trade for Rattler. Have not seen anything saying Miami was interested. Also said Miami would be willing to talk to Carr if he'd come out of retirement.
