Reasons why Raiders didn't re-sign Carr and Moreau + Fire Allen? I can't think of any.

Moreau is good. But fits a certain role. Redzone Jimmy Graham should be in the game.

Saints are better than the raiders in total and scoring offense, so I wouldn't say they're better off
