Agreed. But that does not mean that there is one in this draft. Thus, you build out the other positions in the draft this year and await the next opportunity. Draft or free agency.
Edit: by forcing the selection of a qb, you pest back the improvement/development/maintenance of the rest of the roster because of the premium on the qb position.

they had options to go for a few decent, while not great, FA QB and passed on them, no im not talking about the watson BS circus
there so be no expectations the draft one this year, in fact, the smart move would be to see if they can shift some later picks to next year and then go after a better class of QB that will be in the draft
maybe they can find a QB that gets released after another team drafts one this year, because winston is not a good QB despite the wish casters fantasies, and dalton is just going to be a good backup for us at this point

Winston is better than any qb in this class. He just needs WRs that can get open. Winston wasn’t the problem last year. It was the WRs
