Somebody wanna tell me why no Patrick Swilling?

1991 Def. POY and member of 100 sacks club?

Actually:
5× Pro Bowl selection (1989, 1990, 1991, 1992, 1993)
2× First-Team All-Pro selection (1991, 1992)
2× Second-Team All-Pro selection (1989, 1990)
1991 NFL Defensive Player of the Year

He had some good numbers, but he was kind of a one dimensional player. He also played on three different teams. (I think players who play for more than two teams kind of get looked over or lack support or something) He just wasn't as good as Sam Mills and Ricky Jackson IMO.

Lets not forget that Doug Atkins, Jim Taylor and Paul Hornung all played briefly for the Saints and are now in the HOF (albeit as bears or packers).

Beyond that I agree with Swilling, Mills and Anderson. Lets add Vaughn Johnson for good measure.

Also thinking about coaches Ditka is in (believe it or not). What about Hank Stram?

Wasn't Ditka in the HOF before he coached the Saints anyway?

Man between him and Stram, and a few others, it kinda shows how past high profile coaches have trouble with NFL rebuilding projects...
