fantasy coach matchup

Posted by fjhjr08 on 1/8/13 at 1:31 am
Cant happpen but I would love to see a head to head coaching battle between sean payton and nick saban (both coaching equally matched teams). That would be a chess match for the ages.

Here is a better read:

After a season of moving and shifting offensive linemen due to injuries, LSU will not have a shortage of available bodies Monday when they tangle with Clemson.
Agreed. I get what he is saying after reading more of the article. I am just surprised that the disorganization of the first sentence got past the editor. Oh Well!

Is it just me or does this make no sense?

From Randy Rosetta in the TP.

Just wondering.

Also thinking about coaches Ditka is in (believe it or not). What about Hank Stram?

Beyond that I agree with Swilling, Mills and Anderson. Lets add Vaughn Johnson for good measure.
Lets not forget that Doug Atkins, Jim Taylor and Paul Hornung all played briefly for the Saints and are now in the HOF (albeit as bears or packers).
Leave it to the Gumps to claim credit for something done in Louisiana. Saban learned form his mistakes in Michigan, here and in Miami. Alabama is the latest stop on the train.

Mushburger and jimmy the Greek Snyder
Seattle or Miami?

He can either play for pete carroll or with reggie bush. What a strange world we live in.
Mushburger (as he used to be called) was an idiot in the 70's, 80's and 90's. He graduated to bufoonery with the new millenium.

"All we gotta do is play keep away with Turner..."

This is an efective strategy for for the falcons. It worked so well the last game that I hope they use it again.

If thy had enacted that rule in 2003 we would have never played for the NCG in 2007

Or does that go against some kind of tradition at LSU to have a prolific, lights out offense a la USC, Oregon etc?

LSU 40 Oregon 24

LSU Ranked #2 Oregon somewhwhere below

USC. Are they ranked? I do know that they are on probation for another few years.

Any questions?

I love the Saints and was so excited when they drafted Reggie----Every game, every play, every year I believed this is gonna be when Reggie finally plays to his potential. It never happened. And during the SeaHawks game I realized it never would.

Agreed. I have supported Regiie for a long time but for this kind of money, by now, he should be the kind of player who can take over and dominate a game. We have seen lots of good plays but only a few games where he has been an impact player. Will be intersting to see how the conract is renegotiated.
