How does the guard for Pitt not have to get set? He’s helping with the snap count I see but is he allowed to get set then turn around multiple times then moves right before the ball is snapped?

One of the commentators said that these are the two best offensive lines in the NFL. It makes sense that the Saints D line would struggle to get pressure.
