It's amazing how people will white knight for the criminal so hard. Maybe just think possibly about the situation from the cops point of view. You get a call, the suspect has a history of violence. Not only does he have a knife, the cops clearly tried to de-escalate, but Blake continued to escalate and refused to comply.
Who had the power in this situation? 100% Jacob Blake. Guess who made wrong decision after wrong decision? Jacob Blake. Are you really surprised that the person with warrants out for DV and Rape doesn't make good decisions?
How do the cops know he's not about to grab a gun or potentially put the lives of his kids in danger? They just supposed to let him drive off now? Everything the cops did was in reaction to the continued horrible decision making of Jacob Blake.
I've seen enough videos of suspects reaching into cars and shooting at police the last couple days to understand why they'd be on edge. They don't have X-Ray vision or the ability to see the future. Some of you only think cops are allowed to shoot after they are dead.

Grew up absolutely adoring the Saints, Archie, Hank, Bum, etc. Overcame with indescribable joy on 2-07-10.
Shame to say but today, could honestly give a crap if the NFL even plays again. Due process of law & just standing on the opposite side of evil matter more than sports.
