And I do not understand why so many people can't grasp why a beauty queen from Parkersburg, West Virginia would want to live in NOLA when there are SO many other places for her to live that are more culturally-aligned with her upbringing.
Relevant info about her hometown where she grew up: Parkersburg, WV.
