Payton to the cowboys?

Why is ESPN talk radio talking about this? Thought Mcurthy did a good job concerning Dak is his QB.

Entire team looked like they didn't belong there. If they fired him I wouldn't be surprised.

If Jerry wants a chance at winning a superbowl he need to go after Payton.

The Cowboys already have Sean Payton. His name is Mike McCarthy. They’re the same coach. They have similar records. Both struggle with end-of-game management. But have horrific playoff losses.
Sean Payton’s teams lost playoff games to a 7-9 Seahawks team, another team quarterbacked by a middling Alex Smith, another team quarterbacked by Case Keenum and another quarterbacked by Kirk Cousins, who doesn’t ever win prime time or playoff games.

I certainly don't believe that ... SP has a lot more on the upside then Mike.

Over all rating as a NFL Coach
Jerry Jones should go after Payton, but I see him keeping Mike McCarthy. It sure seems like Jerry Keeps way too long Coaches he shoulda fired yesterday.
*Then 25 or so years ago fires Legends like Jimmy Johnson for nothing but pride... Crazy

Payton to Cowboys talk is just dumb. Why do people think the Cowboys are an enticing HC job. Jones has had a few good coaches run through there and he only made those coaches look worse than what they were before going to Dallas. Not a single former Cowboys HC has held another HC job since Jimmy Johnson tried it.
The Dallas Cowboys are where HC go to die losers because Jerry Jones cuts there feet from under them with his interference in the players and coaches.

This has been one of those rumors thst will never go away but why would Payton work for Jones. Would Jones give him control over personnel?
