Carolina might already have a deal in place with Payton and the Saints. Carolina has had their vacancy for a long time now. Wouldnt be surprising for this already all to be agreed to.

Stupid ploy. Loomis would be a dumbass to trade within the division. He does that and his career is over with the Saints. Saints won't win shite again.

Why would anyone be scared of Payton? His finesse teams would look good in regular season and shite the bed in the playoffs. Who cares? Dude registered multiple historic losses in the playoffs. He's washed up.

It’s not a bad ploy if they had any chance at landing Payton, but they don’t.
Saints will not trade Payton within the division unless it’s for a king’s ransom. Carolina has far too many holes to give up what it would take.
