I don’t get it. For all Drew Brees has done for the city, y’all decide to bail on OUR guy because he makes the right decision when he realized he made a comment (whether right or wrong) at a terrible time.
He addressed the issue that is tearing this nation apart and was able to do this through the difficult, necessary conversations that we should all have.

It’s not debate. It’s conversation. One of the ways to improve is to have these difficult and uncomfortable conversations. This isn’t about the flag anymore and Drew acknowledges that. It’s about the systematic racism and police brutality that our country is experiencing

Apologizing is one thing, even though I don’t agree with it, but advocating for something that is completely made up is where I draw the line. I could care less if he retired tomorrow.

He gave his view and tied it to faith, family and flag. Then, he capitulated like a bitch to the angry mob.
Originally, he said nothing wrong...it was his opinion and wasn't racist. His mistake was walking back his comment. Doing so, just put a crack in the door through which the mob ran.
