My ideal day 2 would be Jamie Collins and then Brandon Williams in the 4th but I think it's more likely you get Williams in the 3rd and a tackle in the 4th.

Best available independent of position (QB being the exception)

Who cares. The board will trash the pick and then bemoan passing on whoever goes next.

True, but at the same time we have no idea what will be available- what if when our 3rd comes up, only quality OT or DF is no better than 4th round material? Do we reach? I just go with best available...

I think it will be Front 7 in the 3rd and OT in the 4th or 5th.

This is what I want. Brandon Williams in 3rd, Chris Faulk in 4th.

There are quite a few interesting tackle prospects this year.

A guy like Oday Aboushi or Jordan Mills could be there in the 4th or even the 5th. Don't really know that either is a left tackle, though, to be honest. mills is a fantastic run blocker at the very least.

Only if it's potentially the most talented overall player in the draft like Jones may be. I don't think the team needs anymore OLB's, but I think people have a right to be upset about passing on Jones.

Or maybe even someone like David Quessenberry. He's a project, but he's a real talent.

The thing is, unlike those other tackles, Faulk is a first round talent.

Yeah he's a good one for sure. I'm just saying, lots of options this year. wish we had a few extra picks in the 3rd or 4th
