Who would you rather,,,, Butler or Nnamdi? I would take Butler over Nnamdi. Greer is still pretty solid at the other corner. But,,,,,,, I'll take em both!! Who Dat!!!

We'd have to jump SD at 11 if we want Lane Johnson. That would cost too much, IMO, especially being up against the cap for the next few years and needing as many good, cheap players as possible.

This is very true, frick Goodell again for taking that 2nd round pick.

If anything, signing Butler probably makes it more likely we try to trade down.

If I had to pick, butler because of age and upside. But damn, nnamdi would be hard to pass on because of his size and man skills. Good thing we are getting them both.

I'm all for this, I like Butler and I think with more snaps he could be a very productive player.

I think they'll try to trade back too if they get him and Nnamdi, or even if they just get butler. Try to recoup that 2nd rounder and grab a safety.

Nhamdi would be a temporary patch at best. We don't even know if he can return to old form. He's 31 years old.

Still managed to be productive with Demarcus Ware and Anthony Spencer playing in front of him on the depth chart.

Lots of upside with with the Rob Ryan connection too.

Has a lot of potential and just getting into his prime. He also played behind some great players, but did really well while in. Not only that, he played under Ryan... And wants to play under him again. Would be a great fit, for a cheap price.

Getting he, and Nnamdi who also thrived- actually, dominated under Ryan... Would be unreal.
