Defensively I agree. But again it's the first game abunch of these guys have played together and there's still some 2nd unit guys (Spencer, Hawthorne, Richardson) who will play a lot. Also, Lewis and Byrd didn't even play.
Offensively, if we had had Brees, we would have marched down the field. McCown is awful

First team defense is all you can judge, and the fact that we didn't start Brees means everything. Momentum, matching points,flow of the game. But yeah we did look pretty bad, it's just all the knee jerk reaction shite from the same old folks
