Speaking of Bret's dad, Buddy D had a show in the mid 90s. He was asking who was the better QB in Atlanta, Chris Miller or Chris Chandler. Well Buddy took a call and the caller said, the best QB on the Falcons team was their 3rd string QB and would be an NFL MVP one day. Buddy D as usual gave him the squirrel kind of laugh and asked who is he. The caller said, Bret Favre and Buddy D didn't know who he was. Then, Buddy D asked him, how do you know this and the caller said because I'm Irvin Favre, Bret's dad.
God I miss Buddy D.

I'm a young guy......which one is Hap? I remember people calling up Buddy D. asking for Hap....he would always get rankled over that.

Frankly I'm a bit hazy on it and was hoping somebody could provide details. I don't even remember if I heard the show when it aired (it was a weekly show w/Turnbull that Buddy hosted). I do recall WWL aired brief snippets from the show as promos to hype the next week's episode.
