Alot of sunshine pumpers in this thread, and on the board in general lately, but I'm with you on this.

The good news is that this team is built to play well on the road, provided we can overcome/avoid injuries.

I want to keep winning and get the most prime playoff seed possible. but unfortunately we don't play in the NFC East or North, so 3rd seed is highly probable. just win!

1-2 week injuries are not a disaster. Inconveniant? Yes. Disaster? No.

When those 2 injuries are our two best corners and will be out god knows how long (When Sean Payton is vague about injuries its usually not good)..I'd say that's a fricking dumpster fire of a disaster.

That being said, we shall overcome like we have been. You don't win 8 straight following 2 opening losses without some rooster cogburn level grit and balls the size of coconuts. Onward!

I dont think you understand what a dumpster fire injury looks like. Go check out greenbay. Your star cbs being out for 1-2 games sucks, but it is definitely manageable.

Officially we were 0-2 and fire everyone.
Then officially we went on a tear and we're winning the SB.
Injuries officially appear and we are the 3rd seed.
So let me end this post by saying ain't nothing official till the nfl says its official

We won some games in 2009 with both Porter and Greer out.

Greer went out game 8 and didn't come back until game 16. Porter went out game 9 and didn't come back until game 14 (which oddly was our first loss). Hell even Gay was out in game 12 (Redskins).

So we won games 10, 11, 12, and 13 without our starting corners. 12 was without our top 3.

10 and 11 were asswhoppings we put on TB (38-7) and NE (38-17). 12 was the OT Wash game and 13 was a FG win over Atl.

We need to beat Tampa bay and the jets to get to 10 wins. Need to split with Atlanta to get to11 wins, that should get us in the playoffs.

Eat a dick. Not saying that it won't happen, but we're on a 8+ game win streak and this is the garbage you come up with.

If we lose to both the Rams/Panthers and drop to a wild card after being close enough to grab the 1 seed I'd consider that a disaster. I trust this team more than most to go on the road this postseason but I'd really rather only test that theory once than 3 times.

The 2 starting corners out definitely shows.

I just hope we actually make the playoffs.

Feels like we are about to witness a collapse to 9-7 or maybe even 8-8.

You really are an idiot if you think that. Our top two cbs are out. They'll be back soon and we'll be 13-3

All I got to say is we have 3 tough games coming up against Carolina and Atlanta. If we drop all 3 by some chance, we will be lucky to get the 6th seed.

What a pussy. After today I don't see another loss on the schedule.

We might slip up and lose 1 more at most
