It is certainly plausible to say that if smith had stayed at the hit and run scene, none of this would have escalated at all. Just a simple common fender bender.

Even if it had escalated, all of it would have been on video and there would be little doubt as to what happened.

You lost me.

A video from the scene of the shooting would end all speculation.

Are you saying there is a video taken from the shooting scene?

You said if it had escalated it would have been on video.

It clearly escalated.

I was talking about Accident #1, as were you in our original comments.

Ok. Well then the escalation is on video. Hayse believed he was hit, he pulled off, smith drove off at a high rate of speed (cop lingo) through the oncoming lane of traffic mind you and two minutes later we have a confrontation

I was talking about the first accident scene and if Smith had gotten out it still could have escalated as in Accident #2.

Reading comprehension is not your strong suit.

Anyone have any idea as to how long it'll take this thing to go to trial?

Weeks? Months? A year or two?

I have no idea how this works

Also, might be a stupid question but did Hayes post bail or is he still locked up?

Don't casty me when you are making stuff up.

Are you suggesting that if smith had pulled over at Juans he would have been gunned down?

He was going too fast towards the other cars and did a hard stop.

Smith is also wrong for following too closely but Hayes was driving like an a-hole too.

I've had people do that to me where I can't see where the cars are in front of them and they are doing the speed limit and go from 45 to 0 in a couple of seconds.

Thankfully I'm smart enough to not follow too close to people when I know there are cars stopped ahead (or at all for that matter) but it's a pain in the arse everytime someone does it because then I have to brake hard and could get rear ended.

Bottom line assholes shouldn't head full speed into stopped cars or follow too close to people. Both of them were assholes in that sense.

Now it also shows Hayes speed off after Smith which he shouldn't have done and whether intentional or not he slammed into the back of Smith's car because he drives like an a-hole. They both caused the first little bump but Hayes was definitely responsible for that second slam.

Go hit a car in the back and tell the cops you were both at fault. Come back and tell me if they do a regular laugh or roll on the ground

Bone... you are one of the best posters on here and I'm not trying to pick a fight. Wil smith is one of my all time favorites. But you have to take the black and gold glasses off for this.

Will smith is partly responsible for this situation

I've admitted yes he was following too close did I not?

And while he wouldn't get a ticket Hayes was speeding into stopped cars and did a hard brake. He was driving like an a-hole, as was Smith.

ANYTHING could have happened at the scene of the first accident. I'm not making stuff up. Hayes could have shot him on Magazine Street as easily and quickly as he did on Sophie Wright.

Bull crap.

Hayse did NOTHING to cause smith to hit him.

And the negligence is always on the trailing vehicle. Take off the black and gold blinders

Mr. Perfect don't have to be a saint fan to tell it like it is. I for one could care less about Will or Hayes but Hayes did stop short at the red ligjt. Put your black and gold glasses on are your purple ones on. It's just a fact
