Where do we sit as far as best situations for a prospective coach?
Available jobs:
Bears
Broncos
Dolphins
Giants
Jaguars
Raiders
Saints
Texans
Vikings
None are great, but I think we are in a better spot than most of those jobs. Hopefully we take some time to make sure we hire the best candidate and not just the guy who is easiest.
Also, the Coaching Changes Board went off air just in time

We certainly have one of the better, if not the best, roster of that group, but it would be hard competing with Miami and NYC as living spots and getting FAs

The Saints and Giants are tied for easily the worst.
No franchise QB and zero cap space. Every other team has at least one of the two.
Giants probably win due to the shitty ownership and difficulty of the division

got a feeling there is a handshake agreement with DA already. Payton is retiring, not getting fired. There is no need to revamp the program.

CSP is still under contract for another 3 years. If he retires for a year or two and decides to come back to a new team the saints will be compensated.
