So by your standard we cannot hire a minority candidate, including a qualified and highly regarded one like Brian Flores, because their minority status is ... what, offensive to you?

No, you hire the best possible person regardless of race. But you don’t exclude a more qualified candidate only because he is not a minority. Get it.

And what if they are? I would love to have Brian Flores personally.
I like Allen as DC but not sold on him as HC and running it back with Jameis. Feel like we’d be wallowing in mediocrity sooner than later.
