Hopping they go D with 13 - prefer a LB - give Ryan the players he needs
Projected as a G - Collins could slip to 31 as projected by many of the experts - that would be a first round!
Such an offensive mindset, would not be surprised to see a WR first, one of the big 3 should be there

Yeah I really want the meanest defensive player available (who is not a safety or cornerback)

Just my last 2 years....

2013

2014

I've been right about our pick every year since 2004 with the exception of the PRob pick in 2010 and I didn't predict us moving back into the 1st round to pick Ingram in 2011, but I got our original pick at 24 of Cam Jordan correct.

Its gonna be hard this year but hopefully I can pull it off again.

Who is saying Collins will fall to 31? I haven't seen anything like that lately. Most mocks, etc have him gone anywhere from the top ten to the early twenties.

Yeah there's no way he's there at 31 I doubt he's even there at 13. Rams are in love with him and unless they take a WR he's gonna be gone at 10.

I think they've been a little more predictable the last few years. There were a good many experts predicting us to pick Cooks and same for Vaccaro. I don't remember too much surrounding Cam Jordan.

You might be right about the 1st rounders not being on the radar...we'll see.

I would want to grab Collins because of his versatility to play T/G. WR is something we can use on a much later round pick. Drew makes the WR so I'm not worried about it.

I believe that was the mantra last year and we know what happened...Cooks.

MMQB.com's Peter King slates Nebraska edge defender Randy Gregory to the Saints with their first pick, and they trade No. 31 overall to Chicago for picks No. 39, No. 106 and No. 192.

would love this

I'm really not feeling Bud Dupree. Just have a hard time getting into the guys who have "all the athleticism but no production." It's dangerous IMO.

I like Waynes but I would rather spend our first on an immediate starter.

I would prefer a WR with our first if possible. One of the top 3 if they're there. Lots of people say we shouldn't take a WR 1st round back to back but we just traded away our top weapon. We need another.

I honestly like Lelito at LG and I think we're safe at CB for at least one season. Puts WR and (M)LB at the top of the list. There are no MLB's worthy of our pick. It has to be a WR.

I think Bud Dupree will be our first selection if he's there. I think he will go higher than projected especially with the Gregory character issues.

I don't see how you can pass on Gregory at 13 if he's there

I agree 100%. plenty of value at WR, G, TE and CB later in the draft. The edge rushers are going to go quick. I would love to go DE OLB ILB with the first 3 picks. This is going to be a fun draft to watch.

While usually I agree, and Dupree does developing pass rushing moves/technique, it's unfair to judge him from his stats. UK asked him to do so much more than just rush the passer. I really think he can come in day one and start over Haralson at the SOLB.

Yea it's wide open... Mainy because we have a need at just about every position out there except for a few. Taking an OL, WR, CB, Edge player / LB, and DT all are possible at 13. And we have a big need at all of those positions.

We also have the luxury of having a lot of picks and could be extremely active on draft day as well, or at least bluff like we are and all that. Should be an exciting draft for us.

I would LOVE to see us take any of Gregory, Parker, Waynes or Beasley at 13.

For me I'd have it:

A. Gregory/Beasley at 13 - Target Strong or BPA WR at 31

B. Parker at 13 - Target Anthony (ILB) or BPA OL

C. Waynes at 13 - Target Strong or BPA WR at 31

I don't think we can get much value at 31 at pass rusher so if we don't get a pass rusher at 13 I think ILB or BPA WR is our best target at 31.

I agree with most of that.

But I think we can get a stud WR at 31 or even 44 and can address a different need at 13. And there will be a stud OL, edge player, or CB available at 13. You know a good WR will be there af 31, but can't say that for the other positions.

B. Parker at 13

If Beasley & Gregory are both gone then I say you take Parker. We can find a starting guard in 2nd or 3rd round. I agree that we can should go Anthony (ILB)
