I was telling yall, I am confident going down only 14. Plus HUGE confidence boosters, the Saints started running, and passing on their defense.
Saints need to tighten up the pass protection, but they have slowed down the Wildcat towards the end of the half.
All things are looking up, the Saints can't possibly play any worse come second half.

I really think we need to establish a running game come second half, to open up the offense and spell our defense for a few extra minutes.

I keep reminding myself that 14 of their points came on TOs inside our own 20.

We get the ball first in the second half. We're only down by 14. We can still run with PT and Bell. I just hope we keep Bush OFF THE frickING FIELD.

all we need to even it up is a bomb to colston, and let thomas gut one down the field. we have 2 quarters, if the D can step up we can do this shite.

You're right. My bad.

A touchback would be a nice start. The field position disadvantage has killed us.

We need a pick 6 to start the second half.

Saints could start off slow and just correct the little things, like offensive penalties, and field position battle.
Then work towards protecting Brees better. Slowing the Wildcat down comes last in my book, if we can hold them to a punt and a few FG's instead of TD's the Saints are right back in this.
