Had high hopes but none of it is working, I’d start with a complete overhaul of the coaching staff like it or not we are married to Carr for at least one more year. Go as high in the draft as possible and draft a qb, let the new staff develop rookie and see what they can get out of Carr. If Carr still sucks can him in year three

More and more it just seems that the main issue is that he's just a dick and his teammates hate him.
