So, the Saints do not have the option of simply signing him to the 53 man roster from the PS? Effectively, being on the PS is like being a FA? I would have thought that if the Saints chose to sign him to the 53 man roster, they would have priority by way of the fact that they held his "PS rights." I guess not.

He’s the antithesis to Buddy D. Nick is good analysis, but he carries the Saints water well.
