Most boo'd player of all-time

Archie- hands down. With no consistent offensive line, little in the area of receiving and just a here and there running attack, he took the brunt of the fans ire during the lean years. WHo else is up there?

You apparently weren't around for the Billy Kilmer years.

AB is most of my lifetime
Maybe wade Wilson had the most boo per play tho.

Archie is WAY WAY down the list. Jason David comes to mind, as does Russell Erxleben are two off the top of my head. Archie was the only good player we had back then and most fans knew that.

Probably worst Saints player ever, but he didn't get enough PT to get booed consistently. I'm telling you guys, it was Kilmer. He flat out sucked and was in every possession.
Edt: Come to think of it, with our 3 and out O, so was Erxleben. Maybe you have something there.

Aaron Brooks when he would throw ints and laugh about it coming off the field....I'll throw Jim Mora in there when he was run,run,pass,punt...run,run,pass,punt near the end of his coaching career

yeah, he was indeed boo'd. He also later lead the Skins to the Super Bowl. Oh yeah and - he threw for 345 yards and six touchdowns in a 51-42 Saints loss to the St. Louis Cardinals.

Yeah, he was awesome.

Brooks really wasn't booed until the Katrina year. There was that point late in 03 or 04 when everyone knew Brooks was hurt but haslett refused to put Jake in. There were some boos then

If you include coaches, Carl Smith and his conservative playcalling was booed more than Manning, Erxleben, Brooks, Wilson, David, and Kilmer combined.
The irony was that his playcalling was more or less warranted given our limited offensive weapons and our stellar defense. The Parcells Giants and Billick Ravens and Gruden Bucs all won Super Bowls with offenses that weren't much better (or in Baltimore's case - worse) than ours.

Former owner John Meacom Jr. was boo'd pretty heavily too.

Very possibly the lowest point in the history of a franchise that has many to choose from

We did and interview with Kilmer years ago, and someone in our crew told the interviewer that Kilmer had held the football for Dempsey's 63 yard field goal. When he asked Kilmer about it, Kilmer said, "No, I didn't hold for that kick. But I was the reason he had to kick from 63 yards out."

Don't think that anyone will top Archie in that category...but Bobby Hebert late in his Saints stint and as a Falcon goes right up there.

My memory was that the Saints WON 51-42. So I googled it and yes indeed, that is the case. Saints 51/ Cards 42. If we are gonna include coaches for being booed, I say Carl Smith.
