It's entirely the scheme. Robinson is scared to give up a big play by his safeties that he plays a huge off.

Harper's been exposed and the Saints defense has become pathetic based on trying to compensate for it. They did so well at getting turnovers in 2009 because they played tight bump and run coverage allowing the Safeties to roam. Last year, we had less pass rush, and thus less turnovers, but were able to be a stronger defense fundamentally by playing pressure man and blitzing.

Williams' love for Harper has simply killed this team's ability to effectively defend the pass.
