Allow the coaching staff to out process the players for the offseason and review the film and evaluate the team and season.

It’s no secret this teams hard goal for 2023 was to win the south and make the playoffs. This was known by fans, media and coaches even eluded to it prior to the season.

Based on that alone they failed and Mickey should be approaching this from a stand point of business and make the hard decisions a GM has to make. The team set goals and they fails miserably despite what the last 5 games looked like.

I don’t think it will happen that way but I do not believe DA is safe at the moment.

DA could put on his big boy pants and clean house on the offensive side of the coaching staff and maybe some on the defensive staff as well and that might show enough that he at least sees the problem and is willing to fix it. If he doesn’t do that and sticks with his staff that Mickey should make the decision for him and replace them all.

Dennis is the problem, the shitty offense is a direct result of his crappy decision making.

Mickey is the larger problem though. The fact that Allen’s job is completely safe and has been for weeks is really disturbing

This>>>No need to take a week off, DA should be gone today, he has lost the team.

it's pretty clear that the players don't respect Dennis.

I doubt Mickey was even paying attention though.

if you ask him, they have the right people in the building.

I think the real problem is Gayle, not Mickey.

To her, the Saints franchise is strictly a business, an entertainment money maker. Zero real drive to win anything, content with middle of the pack. I imagine Mickey's job is to do the safe thing and not take any chances with her investment, so no aggressive moves will be made.

That’s probably more accurate

Maybe someone can get interested in the Gayle helping the Catholic Church cover up kid diddling story again and we get a forced sale.

No he hasn’t. Players do not give effort for coaches they no longer respect or trust. The Saint have improved (by a great margin) over the last 4 or 5 weeks. Granted they were starting from pretty low to begin with.

That’s far from clear.

This is just a ridiculous comment made out of frustration. Don’t let you emotions take over your thought process.

Business men can’t let their emotions get the best of them. Maybe some of them are in the building, maybe he’s changed his mind a little since then. Maybe he still believes that. Whatever the truth, throwing a hissy fit and crying about his everything sucks is for fans to do not professionals.

Loomis needs to take a week off to find another job and resign, since he is largely responsible for the roster and for hiring DA, who was a proven failure as a HC already.
