I would rather not trade down ahead of time. I think waiting until we're on the clock (with pre-agreed upon conditions, as this is what teams usually do) to maximize value is the best time. I honestly think ZERO QBs will go in the top 10, and based on media speculation most people will expect the Browns to take Trubisky at 12. This could drum up much more interest and value for the pick. But of course, right now no one knows if Trubisky/any other QB will fall that far so the value is less.

Correct on trade value. One plus if Cleveland moved up from #12 to get a QB would be increasing the likelihood of one of Hooker, Allen, ad Lattimore being made available at #11.

My hope is rally headed in that direction. Best case scenarios of BPA meeting team need.

If Cleveland stays at 12 and no or only 1 QB is of the board by the 11th. Arizonia might try to leap in front of Browns.

Let it be openly known that we will trade out of the spot if none of the QBs have been selected. Clevelands moves up to protect the one they want and we get 12, 65, and 145.
And still get the player we want.

Probably best case scenario IMO if we are wanting to trade down. Arizona would give us that 2nd rounder and we would still be in good position at 13 with Cleveland and Zona going QB at 11 and 12.

Extra pick and we still get the same player if we selected them at 11. Browns will not take another DE at 12 after taking Garrett #1. I just think Browns will trade back in Top 10. They have 11 picks in this years draft.
