she doesnt know how to run a team, so if she fired them she would be lost
she has to hire someone who does know the game so they can replace them for her

She literally married into owning the franchises. The facts are both franchises have sucked arse since she took over. She may be interested in keeping them here but she could care less in how to make them competitive and champions. She is a part of the problem. Honestly, I think she cares more about making money than protecting Toms legacy. If she really was about Toms legacy, she would actively try to make moves to make them win championships. She wont do that.
