I don't think Carr qualifies. He was 30. These guys are still young.

Sadly, due to Carr, we will likely miss this window.
He's going to get a pretty big deal in the offseason from someone, and we can't afford it due to Carr.
It would be on brand for the Saints to have multiple cheap options at QB for 10+ years and go with the worst option for big money.
