All those things happened.

You made your point without even mentioning Kellen Winslow, Jr. If you ever need a laugh, read up on what that wackjob does to amuse himself.

Yeah I just don’t understand what the big deal about this is - esp if he gets a good attorney and has a decent cover story (looks like he does)

You mean raping senior citizens? He and Derrius Guice have a similar fetish.

I hope that all this gang activity and stolen gun stuff doesn't affect his BLM and Police Brutaility protests that he's been promoting... That woul be tragic.

What’s his cover story and why does it look good to you? That he was in the car? Because that’s what the attorney said is his story

His “cover story” has no relevance to the loaded stolen firearm on his person. None

Why anyone thinks it is innocent until guilty is wishful talk. Always has been and always will be guilty till innocent. Doesn't sound very innocent if they come arrest you and then you have to prove to some degree that you didn't do it.

So you think the local Cleveland PD pulled him over for having a stolen gun? I read that Lattimore was a passenger by all accounts. In most cases concerning the law, the person detained/arrested has to prove their innocence.

Granny rape is definitely his claim to fame, but some other pretty bizarre stories have come to light. Supposedly no one wanted to room with Winslow because (among other things) he traveled with a soft rubber faux torso that he used as a masturbatory aid.

A torso...

Don't think so.

If you are detained you need not legally prove anything.
If you are arrested you legally do not have to prove anything.
If you work out a pre trail agreement once again you legally need not prove anything.
Only if taken to court are you responsible to prove your innocence.

I also read that he would openly masterbate in the locker room and watch porn while touching himself during group meetings. His daddy said it’s due to CTE

This is not true either. You are innocent until proven guilty. They have to prove the claim of your guilt, not vice versa.

Now if you have something that can prove your innocence, you should provide it so they can't try to prove you guilty through circumstantial evidence.

Of course that is the idea, though in practice it doesn't always work as it should.
