I know this may be the end of the road for JV, but reading how he is approaching being IRed this year is good to hear --> LINK

F@cking fantastic.

Simple statement, but wow, that really speaks volumes about how much respect Payton has for Vilma just not for on the field but even off the field.

When they won the Superbowl, Vilma was the only player besides Brees that he made sure was on the podium. Vilma means a lot to Sean.

Didn't Vilma call an audible on D that got the pick 6 by Tracy Porter? Makes sense to me....

He's a great ambassador for the team and I hope he follows in Fujita's footsteps of staying involved in the community here

I hope he writes a book on the Bounty scandal. Someone needs to get the truth out. For obvious reasons Coach SP can't right now.

I love Jon Vilma. His pass breakup in SB 44 in the endzone against the Colts is the most underrated play in Saints history. 95 times out of 100 Manning completes that for a TD. JV played it perfect.

And I'll forever respect him for standing up to Goodell the way he did. I really think it put pressure on the RG to finally bring in Tags to end things.
