Loomis is so bad at his job, we can't even do a restart when we need to.

It is clear the team needs to let Jordan, Carr, Davis, Ramczyk, and Mathieu go this offseason, but can't because Loomis has forced this team to pay older players forever.

If our top 3 picks aren't the best DE available, a true #1 WR, and a S we are absolutely screwed next year.

Not sure I agree with this. I think this team NEEDS a multi-year rebuild and our draft picks should reflect what we can build around IF Loomis does what’s right and cuts bait with guys who don’t fit a 2-3 year rebuild timeframe.
It’s probably still smart to build through the trenches and our OL isn’t exactly impressive
Edit: my point is that there are many holes on this roster once the older vets move on (fingers crossed). Shouldn’t be confined to 3 positions in 3 picks

We’re screwed regardless. This isn’t some let’s replace a couple of guys and we will have a better year. It’s an entire organizational shitshow that continues because Mickey can’t help himself.
