Look on the bright side, it can’t get much worse

No first round pick, cap hell, no franchise QB, and one of the worst HC’s in the league.
BUT you can start to turn things around right now if you fire Dennis Allen and get started on finding the next HC. Shane Steichen, the Eagles OC, comes to mind. Helped mold Herbert and now Hurts. Then you can trade Payton and get some picks and start working on the future.
None of that is possible with DA here. The players and FO wanted continuity and it’s set our franchise back years. But the bleeding can stop if Loomis and Gayle wise up the way Griffin and Gayle did when they fired Stan Van Gundy when he coached the Pelicans.

If the Eagles pick first then it is a lot worst.
Instead of Stroud or Young, you create a dynasty for the Eagles.
