We suck and there’s little to no hope for the season but Denver ain’t shite. Last time I checked they’ve got a rookie qb as well

Saints are a good squad when everybody’s healthy. Just win this one and get healthy and anything can happen down the stretch

We can’t let Sean win his homecoming. Media will eat it up

I'd say I'll do everything I can, but I'd be lying. I'll probably miss the first half with kids after school sports, then the fight for baths and bedtime routines

This is a classic gut check game.
You got run off your home field by division opponent a week ago and trying to avoid losing four in a row for the first time since 2021.
To me it's not even about Payton at this point.
Now if Denver comes in here and just totally whips our arse then yeah that changes things.
I know it's a short week but the main thing I'm looking for tonight is who's still trying to play their arse off.

McCoy was out 6-8 weeks - which effectively takes us to lets say week 10 at the far end.
Shaheed can be out the entire season
Ruiz with a knee injury, lets say another 2 weeks
Carr with an oblique, lets give it another week
Taysom with a chest, lets give it another week as well
Olave out with a concussion, so another week to be safe.
Denver is winnable, Bo Nix looks trash but their defense without Surtain could be had...lets call it a W
You lose next week vs Chargers, idc what you wanna say -- herbert will eat you up if you give him time.
3-5 with bulk of them back aside from McCoy
Next 4 weeks:
@Carolina - W
vsAtlanta - L
vsCleveland - W
Bye
You come back from the bye healthy and suddenly you're 5-6
vs LA Rams who look equally bad - W
@ NY Giants who are up and down - W
vs Washington who JD will destroy defensively - L
@ GB in the cold is a L
vs tanking LV at this point - W
entering week 18...@ Tampa bay at 8-8
Yeah, you'd be 8-9

Division will be locked, TB resting key players after winning their 4th straight division title. DA gets a gift victory to finish the season 9-8 and miss playoffs due to tiebreakers. And with the 16th pick in the 2025 NFL draft...

like to see the young bucks play hard and make some noise.

I was at the last Broncos Saints game at the Dome. True New Orlean Saints fashion
