Who here thinks he still has what it takes to win a SB? I still can't get the second half of last year out of my mind, it's like he can't throw it 40 yards anymore unless he has a pocket cleaner than a baby's bottom and can get a couple steps in to it. I guess if PeyPey got his ring with the broncos brees can get his peypey ring w the saints. Bc I think he still has more physical ability than manning did at that time, but it's close.

As long as Drew can stay healthy he can play another two or three seasons. Even if he were to drop off some compared to his 20’s and 30’s, he would still be better than over half the NFL quarterbacks today. So what if the deep ball drops of a bit? He’s deadly accurate and just broke his own NFL record with completion percentage at age 40. He had a career low in interceptions thrown with only five in fifteen games played. He also led the NFL in QB Rating.

A lot of people are just spoiled by how good the Saints have had it with him. It’s almost like they don’t realize he’s one of the best QB’s to ever play the game and the fact that most QB’s in the NFL are garbage compared to him.

So you guys are on a first name basis. That's nice. All I know is the man will take us to the superbowl or die trying this year. We are in good hands fellas.

Until Sean says Drew isn't our best option, I'm all in.

Never forget that we should have been in the Superbowl last season.

We lost some window with the defense being suspect, along with an earlier window of Goodell shitshow.

All we need is Brees to be efficient. And I trust him and Sean. If defense continues to improve, we will win 13-6 games and 50-48 games.

Just need to continue moving into run first and quick hitter type offense. I’m sure he can run that until he’s 50. Dude still has impeccable placement on screens and on shorter to intermediate routes. Actually wish we would’ve found him another quick accelerator/run after the catch WR this offseason because I feel like that would make us even more deadly.

Who is better that is in the league right now? Obviously Mahomes is on a tear and we'll see if he can stay atop the mountain but I'd say Brady and Brees are both right there. Maybe throw in Rodgers if you're Stephen A Smith.

I love drew to death but he’s a shell of his former self. We need to start thinking about our future because this rides almost over.

Just stopping by to say Brees was 25/1 or some absurd shite and was running away with MVP before he sacrificed himself and took a brutal hit against Atlanta.

He will do what he has to to be ready for this season. Incredible work ethic and determination. One of the best players anyone will ever see. His time will come, but we ain’t there yet.
