Ranked as the 4th best qb in the 2021 draft, at 6’5, hoping we have a realistic chance to move up and grab him. A good leader, can make all the throws and Sean P will be able to clear up any mechanical issues he sees in Trask delivery. Would be a good fit with Payton’s offense.

Drew Brees has a stronger arm than Trask.

No thanks.

I'd rather Zach Wilson. Don't know if we can move high enough to get him but he's got all the tools. I think he'll be a better version of Josh Allen in the league.

Better than Josh Allen? Come on Allen playing like a top 10 qb.

Well I make the comparison to him because I think their styles are very similar. But yeah I think he would thrive in this offense and be outstanding. Got a cannon for an arm, can maneuver within the pocket, can run, and make throws many QB's simply cant make. I personally think he's the 2nd best QB in the draft behind obviously Lawrence. But they are what and what imo. Dude's legit.

I'd love to see them get matched up against Cincinnati in a bowl game and see what he can do against that defense. Since they're one of the few teams left that actually play defense these days.

Bro what.... Trask has a plenty strong arm!? He rips it in there all the time. Never seen him under throw anything. Throws a great deep ball. Hell he has a stronger arm than Burrow and he went #1. Horrible take. You must not know much about football huh

I like Trask’s makeup more than anything. He’s a leader and that’s the most important thing for a QB. However, if given the chance I would take that BYU kid Wilson. He’s amazing and I think he’s up there with Lawrence in skill. Another guy who is going h to be a good pro is Mac Jones. He’s had elite WR at Bama but he’s smart and makes good decisions quickly and gets the ball out fast. He’s more average in the arm strength area but he’s not lacking either and can still make all the throws. We have a good chance and picking up a good QB this year even without being in the top 15 of the draft.

I'd rather stick with Jameis and draft an edge rusher.

An Edge Rusher?! If it’s not QB you have to go WR, CB or Offensive Line. Either best Tackle available or another Guard because Peat and Armstead can be done at any minute.

My under the radar QB is Shane Bouchelle from SMU.

Recruited to U.of Texas then and transferred after his Freshman season.
SMU starter 4 years
Son of long career MLB player - athletic pedigree
Smart - He plays within his capabilities and studies the game.
Accurate passer
4 year leader of the SMU offense and Team. Players like him.

Jut watching him run the SMU offense I could see him being very affective in Paytons offense. He plays the game very similar to Brees.

Knowing Trask, he might opt to return to Florida next year if they don’t happen to win it all this year.

No thanks. I can't like a QB with a soul patch.

I'm fairly certain that this is one of the drawbacks to Trask. He is a guy that does what is asked of him and when given a real opportunity like he has gotten at Florida, he can do a lot of things really well.

BUT I think the reason he didnt start in HS and was never given a real chance to beat out Franks is that he isn't a very strong leader. He is more of "a guy" on the team, not "the guy" on the team.

I believe that's the real difference between him and Burrow. Burrow was THE guy and didn't let his team lose. Trask has a very similar team and they lost a game cuz their D sucks but also cuz their QB doesn't have that dog in him.

If you can’t spell his name his right I already knew you were lying... he was not a 4 year starter at SMSU and he did not leave after his freshman year.
