If Dennis Allen gets promoted, I would rather see Kris Richard as DC. He is a proven DC.

Exactly... If push comes to shove i almost feel like promoting Richard is the move. Nielsen is great at what he does.. But around the league you really dont hear anything about him. Not sure he is a real threat to leave
