KM on Wr room in Cooks article:

Basketball lineup, I like it.

Makes you wonder how much they want Tet or Warren. Also, makes you wonder if we’re looking for same in other rounds etc.

LINK

Some notable bigger/bug body Wr’s in class are Harris, egbuka, Burden, jack Bech.

Interesting.

Well they he speed so no real need to add Tetnif they go that route. Would need a bodied guy that is versatile like Warren.

I still think they throw everyone for a loop and go with Jeanty

Miller sucks and Kamara is up there in terms of RB age

I think they would if he's there, but I think this will end up being a Bijan situation and one of the teams ahead of us won't overthink it and will take him

Jack Bech is 6’1” 215. We don’t have that anywhere in our WR room right now. Also if Warren or the Boise St RB is there at 9 you take them without a thought. Both those guys will be day 1 starters and future pro bowlers.

6’0” 210 is the average NFL receiver height/ weight. These guys are average size

Nawww. And by big body, I mean just that big body. In terms of size to height and ability/style of play.

First, this 2024 website has it at 6’0 200.

LINK

Second:

Jack Bech is 6’2 215 - big body/hands to get the ball like a rebounder.

Tre Harris 6’3 210 big boundary/contested catch like a PForward same as Bech

Egbuka 6’1 205 big slot - technician

Burden 5’11 208 deebo type/YAC wr

None of these guys play small. Maybe Egbuka. But he’s a big slot type.

According to strong offer Bech is average sized, and his playstyle as a big baw with hands is irrelevant.

Agreed. We have nothing but little fast guys in cooks, olave, and Shahid.

I think the vet Wilson is 6'2" 215.
HC doesn't seem to mind a smaller WR group.

Jack Bech ain't 6'2" my man

Edit: 6’1 has never been considered a big receiver. That’s 1 inch taller than Drew Brees who was considered a midget.

Lol.

Bech has been listed as 6’2 for his college career and measured 6’1 and 1/4 at the combine.

A 6’1 and 1/4 and 215 pound receiver is not small or average size - his play style is a big boy catching the ball, boxouts etc.

Now youre comparing qb heights to wr.

News flash, on average qb’s are taller than receivers.

Not sure what your point is. As mentioned all of these guys (1) are big and (2) play big. They are guys who could go second/third round that we may be interested in.

PS. Brees was not considered a midget and was measured at 6’0 and 1/4 and 213 pounds with large hands and good wingspan.

The fact that you felt the need to inflate his height and weight to make your argument tells me all I need to know. Egbuka and Burden are the same height and even lighter than Bech too.

We have 4 receivers on the roster that are comparable size. I agree we need an actual big receiver

Bech is not a bigger WR by any measurable

Tet would fall in that category obviously

The point, is that the statement basketball lineup was made by the HC, and the point is identifying what draftable players fit the category.

It may mean we arent looking at some of the smaller/speedy guys.

Naw. The fact that you are focused on height/weight only is peon intellect.

Burden plays like a big running back/yac specialist. We do not have any WR like that on the squad.

Egbuka is a big slot technician - we dont have it.

Bech/Harris are big boys that can go get the ball/win jump balls - we dont have it.

But hey keep pretending like Cooks/Olave/Shahid can do any of this - they cant and dont, they are speed merchants.

No Bub means and Cedrick Wilson are not nearly what we need.

Some miserable fricks on this board. Outside of Olave/Shahid/Cooks our Wrs are dogshit.

That’s the whole discussion you jackwagon. At least you finally acknowledged you’re wrong.
