I'd given him the benefit of the doubt throughout this season until that play call. Left a timeout on the board while the O rushed those last two calls.

Moore hasn’t had a lot to work with, which is why the expectations have been very low. But he hasn’t been very impressive as a HC. Even with such a low bar for “success”

The thing that has been consistent with the Saints all year long is they just get off to these slow arse starts.
I mean sure they had a chance to come back and win today but until they can fix starting so slow they won't be able to do jack ahit.
I mean that's clearly a coaching problem when your team can't come out focused and sharp out of the gate every single week.

He lacks common sense playcalling. Stick with what works, stop doing cute shite. Repeating the same mistakes every week - no improvement.

OK to take a shot downfield on 2nd and 1 but on 3rd down you have to get that one yard; actually two downs to move the chains. They get nine yards on 1st down and next three downs fail to get the first and an unused timeout in your pocket. Horrible.
