Kidding Jazzy.

And if you don't fully get where JG is coming from, he took a lot less than he could have gotten to stay here. And he was very thankful for the moddest (by nfl standards) contract he received.

True team player so if you are upset with him for being upset with Jimmy you just don't get it. Sure a guy deserves to try to get as much as he can but he doesn't HAVE or NEED to. That is greed by definition.

Again, I'm not faulting Graham but understand where JG is coming from.

As much as I as a fan want to agree with this, I think you are dead wrong. They have to get whatever they can when they can. At any moment, their career and body could be wasted for he rest of their life. The difference between 7 million and 12 million is 5 fricking million dollars. You know how life altering that amount of money can be for generations of your family?

You are only cheating yourself if you settle, bc someone else is going to just come along and take that money.

But as a fan, frick him; he needs to be a team player, I agree

It's still greed by definition. But it's the American way.

Jimmy doesn't understand economics like a lot of folks.

Jimmy...The amount of money in the system is fixed. If I pay you an extra million, I have to Not pay somebody(ies) a million. There must be a balance sheet here.

Just like I pay for others to receive free stuff from the Government. Money is not free. Someone always has to pay for what someone else receives.

Just like when your personal wages go up Jimmy. Guess what, someone else's wages go down or they get cut from the team.

1. I just hope he plans on taking the same approach when his next contract rolls around....It's a stupid thing to say publicly about a teammate, regardless.

2. You should probably not use "JG" when talking about two players with the same initials. I got confused for a second.

I agree with this.. just like the large majority of NFL players/their agents agree with this...just like the large majority of the posters on this board would agree with if they were in this situation in real life. JMO
