Are you blind? Here are screenshots from the video posted earlier. CLEARLY helmet to helmet; incidentally yes, but players have to be cautious of that:
When it comes to penalties, I'm not one to wear the homer glasses; I call it as I see it. And this one is a textbook helmet-to-helmet hit.

I it a helmet tap haha. I guess. But not enough for a flag. They are taking way to much from the game. It was helmet to helmet yea... BUt he didnt lead with it he lead wth the shoulder but couldnt help his head is above his shoulders.

These shots show the exact problem. Look at how Graham's knees are bent from the guy tackling him...if he were not bent, the hit would be at his chest. How is the safety to know that the guy he is about to hit is going to bend over? These plays happen so very fast.

Regardless, that's the exact kind of play the league wants to protect against. I even said that it was an incidental helmet-to-helmet.

They can't protect it, that's the problem. What is the safety suppose to do just hold on for a minute until he has an exact clear shot for a legal hit?

The best part of the video is Philips and the other Giant keep trying to shove Strief, to no avail. They push that dude and bounce off. hahaha

A year or two ago I would have no problem with a hit like this. Its part of the game to lead with your helmet, guys see it as a weapon and want to use to make the big hits. which I am fine with because the NFL was great due to the physical nature. I see where the Commish is coming from but its ruining the game. Especially with its inconsistency. If your going to call helmet to helmet, the hit on Jimmy G is a text book case
