If that’s the best offer, then it’s quite obvious that no other team wants him either. Not fair to say the Saints are bargain bin shopping when the market is setting the price.
1st round talent? Yes. But this isn’t Madden where you just acquire talent and have the best team. There are obviously issues here with age, money and attitude.
