Good news maybe stock dropped and availability late first is looking better.
Bad news is he looks bad and I’ve noticed he’s sucked under pressure today.

His best bet is to be Travaris Cadet in the NFL.

He has not been and will never be a pro passer. Don't be fooled thinking he can be Lamar Jackson either.

Jalen Hurts is not good at passing the football. He just doesn’t have it. He is a great athlete who should be in the nfl as either a running back or slot guy. There is a place for him. It’s just not as a quarterback.
I’ve seen him in person 3 times now. He isn’t very accurate and he still gets locked in on his primary read and ends up holding the ball for way too long. This also okays into why most of his big plays are running the football. He holds on to long and then the pocket collapse and he is forced to scramble.

Payton will find his next QB playing at someplace like Colorado State or Miami of Ohio.
Jalen Hurts, Jake Fromm... these guys will have Aaron Murray or Danny Wuerrfel-type NFL careers.
That's just how it is. I don't know all the football behind it.

I don't think his game will translate at the next level. His passing game is sorely lacking.
