We are due a bad game a year. Last year it was the Rams. The giants lost their first game last year too.

And we only lost by 8 points. If we would have had another minute to two, we still would have had a chance to tie it up. It's not like we were blown out. We played a terrible game and still were in the game at the end. It's not like we lost to ULM or anything.

Some times i have that mindset, i just feel our lack of execution is due in part to a lack of coaching and control which that problem isn't going away. I think this staff has too much on their platter.

they lost their first two by 30-56. After the Saints whacked them 49-24 they were 5-6. They marched into wildcard at an intimidating 9-7. It's the NFL not the BCS.

Yeah, the game yesterday reminded me somewhat of the opener from last year.

-high scoring game
- a few turnovers on our part
- we didn't get any turnovers on D but Tez & Roby came up with the big play on special teams. Last year it was Sproles who came up with the big punt return for a TD.
- we were still in it until the end even though our defense didn't make many stops. We lost by the same margin.
