We've come a loooongggg way from the bag on head 'Aints years. I'm 30 so I kinda caught the tail end of that.

You know you are a lifelong shell-shocked Saints fan when you're watching the Chiefs-Rams MNF game and, as they mention it breaking the MNF scoring record, your first thought is of the Saints blowing the biggest leads in MNF history in those 1979 and 1980 seasons.

What’s even more impressive is what this team has become in just this season. Losing to Fitzmagic in week one and squeaking by Cleveland in week 2, this was looking like a big time letdown of a year early on.

Now this is shaping up to be the greatest offense the NFL has ever seen.
